“Ryusei BEKKAKU 2017” is the Ryusei brand’s top-of-the-line Junmai Daiginjo, brewed through the kimoto method using 100% carefully selected Yamada Nishiki rice. This sake, combining freshness with a solid foundation, has a refreshing, clear, noble aroma like muscatel or peaches and a deep, graceful taste that fills the palate.
